If the Technical Support we could not perform in accordance to service specifications (read our terms of use for more details) and you’re not completely happy with the service you’ve purchased, you can get a full refund within 29 days of initial registration
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you have altered or changed or damaged the services rendered knowingly and If the money paid was for the onetime fix fee for the service
The customer will be legible for the partial refund after 30 days from the date of payment plus the cancellation charges will be applicable if any.
TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to re-subscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
The Buyer understands that access to the support forum, downloads, and documentation terminates when the refund is processed.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to 7 business days after they are requested. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. Usually refunds via PayPal are credited within a few hours and refunds through a credit card company may take up to two months. This period of time is outside our control.
